I want to thank you for the expeditious work done to my car. I was on my way home from Ann Arbor to Cincinnati, when the front bumper guard on my Lucerne came loose and was dragging on the ground. I had no appointment, but your people took my car in promptly, removed the guard, and sent me on my way at no charge. My special thanks to Andrew for his cooperation. Thank you so much for the excellent service you provided me when I brought my '99 Honda Odyssey in last month for repairs. In addition to the fine work you did on my car, you were also very responsive to me under difficult circumstances. I especially appreciated your loaning me a car while mine was being repaired. I have an active family with three young children, and being without a car for several weeks would have been very challenging. You really helped minimize the burden on me and my family.

Several months ago, I brought my car in to Whitney's to get an estimate for fixing a large dent in my bumper, and you did a partial repair on the spot and free of charge. I said that if I ever needed to have repairs done, I'd bring my car back to Whitney's. I'm glad I did. I'll pass along my favorable opinion of Whitney's to friends in need of repairs.
