Whitney's was awesome with my car! I got rear-ended at a stop sign and the entire bumper had to be replaced. Whitney's did the job in 3 days (which is what they told me up front), for $300 less than the other estimate I got. The manager was particularly helpful through the process. I would highly recommend Whitney's to anybody who needs body work. They are incredible!!

I was equally impressed and i was more than satisfied with my repairs to my vehicle. Office area was clean and very modern looking. I would refer everyone i know to have their vehicle repaired there. They also still offer any student and any U-M employee 10% discount on any non-insurance repair with ID. A+!

I had an insurance repair, and of course they did the work on time and to a high standard. They also gave me a free loaner car while mine was in the shop. They give a discount to members of the university, and since mine was paid for by insurance they gave me a gift card instead! Then, a week later I thought there was a problem related to the repair they did. It turned out that it was unrelated, but they still fixed it free of charge. They really went above and beyond for me!?

- I just picked up my car from Whitney's where they fixed up my bumper. The car looks as good as new and they were so nice to deal with. I went in twice (once for drop off and once for pick up) and I NEVER felt like I was in one of those slimy car places where the men can't seem to look at your face. I had such a wonderful experience. My car came back as clean as ever and they really took the time to answer my questions. This is a great place for repairs!?

Whitney's is a great place to get work done on your vehicle. I needed a hood replaced and received a $1400 estimate from the Chevy dealership. Whitney's cut that in half and spent the better part of a day researching options. Besides the price and excellent end product (new hood), the customer service was unreal. Unreal may be a dramatic way to describe it, but for anyone who has experienced the typical body shop, this was a breath of fresh air. The front line staff and mechanics were polite, helpful and did not make me feel in the least bit out of place (I know little about cars). No joke, Whitney's was fantastic.?
