Really good guys through and through. They do great work too! They have been open about 1.5 yrs. as of August 09 so fairly new, but the small shop really takes pride and delivers on promises, quotes and work. I highly recommend.

And they'll drop you off and pick you up and are conveniently right down from Japanese Motors, another good "ma and pa type place" where you know who you're dealing with and they know you'll spread the work and/or see you again. Nice to support truly local businesses.

WOW! I was very impressed during the entire process of having our car repaired. They went above and beyond what I expected. They were able to get a new part for our car when our insurance company wanted to use a salvagable part, when insurance delayed the process Whitney's offered us a rental car at no cost to us. Then apon delivery of our vehicle we were very impressed on the work plus they cleaned the car inside and out. It was like new again. If I ever had to repair a car again I would definately go back.

I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism, quality of work, and friendly nature of the employees at Whitney's. The repair work they did was flawless (and included a few extras at no cost), and they matched a competitor's lower estimate. They really went the extra mile to ensure that I was happy with both the work done, and the business as a whole. I highly recommend this establishment.

I recently had my car repaired at the old Ideal Collision and to my suprise they changed to Whitney's Collision Center, I was worried they wouldn't offer the estimate that Ideal had wrote me.. But they did. I was equally impressed and i was more than satisfied with my repairs to my vehicle. Office area was clean and very modern looking. I would refer everyone i know to have their vehicle repaired there. They also still offer any student and any u of m employee 10% discount on any non- insurance repair with ID. A+!

I cannot recommend them enough. Kind, knowledgeable, fast, and not too expensive. I never felt like I was getting anything other than honest, wonderful service. They even did repairs for me on a day they weren't usually open. My car looks FANTASTIC!
